Vincent Lionti Conducts
A three-week string seminar concluded on July 15 with performances by Orchestra III and Orchestra IV in the McKinley Amphitheater. The orchestras were conducted by Metropolitan Opera violist Vincent Lionti, with Orch III performing the music of Gustave Holst and Robert Washburn, and Orch IV performing Mozart's Symphony No. 29. A recording of the Mozart is available for viewing on Youtube.
